Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care across our cottage-style units in Greer, SC. The role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, coordinating staff and ensuring residents receive compassionate, individualized attention.

We offer 12-hour shifts (days and nights), competitive pay of $35-$41/hour with shift differentials, extensive benefits, and on-site leadership support 24/7 to back your clinical work.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in SC required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Maintain continuing education and good standing with SC Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Compassion for underserved populations.
• Ability to remain active throughout shift (walking between cottages).

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. Position Summary
