Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Greer, SC, offering 12-hour shifts and a supportive cottage-style care model. CNAs assist with ADLs, mobility, and safety while collaborating with nurses to implement care plans.

Competitive pay ranges from $18–$19 per hour with $1 night differential and $4 weekend differential. Next-day pay, referral bonuses, and multiple healthcare plans are available. On-site managers provide 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina is required.

Responsibilities
