Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care within our unique cottage-style, resident-centered setting. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure comfort, dignity, and safety, and collaborate with nurses to follow care plans.

We offer 12-hour shifts and competitive pay. Earn $18-$19/hour with a $1/hour night differential and a $4/hour weekend differential, plus next-day pay and advancement opportunities within our South

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassionate and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans.
• Deliver compassionate, resident‑centered care.
