Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Day & Night shifts in a 144-bed skilled nursing facility with 12 cottage-style homes, gardens, and on-site leadership available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Active SC RN license (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to care team.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
