Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic RMS Support Manager to join our Global Revenue Management team. In this role, you will support hotels and regional teams in Hyatt’s Revenue and Reservation systems and train colleagues across Revenue, Reservations, Sales, and Operations.

You will collaborate with corporate leadership and developers on RMS enhancements, and you will need Hyatt PrO and SynXis experience, plus bilingual Spanish/English capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English—written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years Hyatt revenue leadership or PrO experience.
• Strong knowledge of SynXis (CRS) and PrO (RMS).
• Virtual training experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Based in Mexico, United States or Canada region; remote position.

Responsibilities

• Support hotels and regional/corporate users in Hyatt Revenue and Reservation systems.
• Train and communicate with Revenue, Reservations, Sales and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and developers on RMS enhancements and policies.
• Provide RMS testing of enhancements, bug fixes, and new releases.
