Responsibilities

This position supports planning, logistics, and delivery of sales and events system training for Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection properties, including participating directly in training sessions to provide hands on support to the specialists and learners. This role involves managing communication with the project stakeholders, configuration of the systems and onboarding colleagues into Hyatt’s technology ecosystem. This position is responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered smoothly, consistently and on schedule.

Required Skills

• Diverse hotel management experience in sales & events (5+ years)
