Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic RMS Support Manager to join our Global Revenue Management team. This role will collaborate with corporate, regional, and hotel teams to support Hyatt’s Revenue and Reservation systems and drive training and adoption across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years Hyatt property experience in Revenue leadership, strong knowledge of SynXis and PrO RMS, and are bilingual in Spanish/English.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish and English—written and spoken
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• High School education required

Responsabilidades

• Provide RMS training and support to hotel, regional, and corporate users
• Collaborate with IT and revenue teams to implement RMS enhancements
• Support knowledge transfer and training programs for new RMS features
