Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Management for the Hyatt Inclusive Collection. This remote leadership role oversees topline revenue performance through pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across a defined region.

You’ll partner with the RVP of Sales and on-property teams to align with Hyatt’s commercial goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel revenue management, 3+ in regional leadership, and a relevant degree; CRME is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience in hospitality.
• At least 3 years in a multi-property or regional leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• CRME certification through HSMAI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to create cohesive revenue strategies across the region.
• Lead regional revenue management practices including pricing, distribution, and inventory controls.
• Analyze market trends and demand patterns to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive adoption of revenue management systems and best practices across properties.
• Mentor on-property revenue teams and monitor KPI performance.
