Job summary

Axon is seeking a Product Advocate to partner with Account Executives on major public safety accounts, leading discovery and shaping RMS and Dispatch workflows.

You will own scoping, SOW development, and provide technical leadership, guiding agencies through product roadmaps while traveling up to 80% and delivering high‑impact demonstrations.

This role emphasizes autonomy, strategic influence, and translating agency needs into actionable solutions within Axon's RMS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing SaaS or technical sales/engineering.
• Ability to lead complex discovery and translate pain points into technical requirements.
• Experience scoping projects and developing SOWs for multi-stakeholder deals.
• Deep understanding of public safety workflows and agencies.
• Strong presentation and demo skills for diverse audiences.
• Advanced fluency with cloud-based systems, integrations, and APIs/SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with senior and end-user stakeholders and translate needs into requirements.
• Deliver customized, technically complex presentations across agency sizes.
• Develop RMS and Dispatch workflows to solve multi-system challenges.
• Own project scoping and SOW development for RMS opportunities.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions with structured customer feedback.
• Partner with demo engineers to design high-impact, scenario-based demos.
