Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a hands-on Deployments Lead to optimize RMS workflows across public safety agencies. You will drive configuration, testing, and change management while partnering with product and training teams to deliver measurable value.

With 2–5 years in RMS consulting or public safety roles, you’ll train customers, oversee end-to-end RMS workstreams, and help set development priorities. This full-time, remote-friendly role supports multiple US states and international jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as product consultant or public safety employee focused on RMS.
• Hands-on during planning and delivery.
• Experience developing, communicating, and training on workflows.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Able to learn new features quickly and assess benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage RMS knowledge to optimize public safety agency operations.
• Define features, workflows, and configurations per agency.
• Oversee configuration and business process analysis for RMS products.
• Train agencies on best practices and drive adoption.
• Establish RMS workstream processes across customers.
• Oversee end-to-end RMS testing including integrations and hardware.
• Guide change management and ensure new features are deployed.
• Gather feedback with Product team to set priorities.
• Vet customer workflows for downstream planning.
• Collaborate with project managers on staffing and budgeting.
• Update training materials with Training team.
