Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product consultant or public safety employee preferred; 2+ years required.
• Experience developing, communicating, and training on best practices and workflows.
• ISO 9001:2015 internal training to be completed within ninety (90) days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes to deliver RMS best practices.
• Oversee the RMS implementation and testing.
• Work with stakeholders to guide product adoption.
• Gather product feedback and establish development priorities.
