Job summary

Strategic Communications seeks a Records Management System (RMS) Architect for a remote, customer-facing consultancy role across public sector agencies. You will oversee configuration, business process analysis, and training on RMS products including Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants.

Travel is approximately 50% to support client engagements. The role requires strong communication, 5+ years in a product consultant or public safety setting, and experience with Agile/Waterfall

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in relevant field.
• 5+ years as product consultant or public safety experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the RMS implementation
• Oversee end-to-end testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components
• Define roles and responsibilities for delivery and maintenance
• Guide product adoption with stakeholders
• Coordinate with training and marketing teams for feature deployment
• Gather product feedback and set development priorities
• Communicate project risks and staffing/budget implications
• Update training materials for an outstanding training experience
