Job summary

Big Happy is seeking a Manager - Strategic Partnerships to scale Retail Media Network (RMN) partnerships and development. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will drive enablement, cross-functional alignment, and programmatic offsite campaigns leveraging 3D DOOH and mobile capabilities.

This high-growth role focuses on translating RMN strategy into daily execution, partnering with sales, product, and agency teams, and delivering joint business plans and performance insights across

Qualifications

4–7 years of RMN, shopper marketing, or brand/agency RMN activation experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong execution, independent workflow, and ability to partner with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the core operational bridge translating RMN strategy into daily execution.
Provide responsive support to RMN monetization leads and agency contacts.
Partner with Sales and RMN co-selling teams to align offerings with briefs (geofenced DOOH, shopper mobile).
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Client Services to feed RMN data back into the roadmap.
