Job summary

Inmar is seeking a Retail Media Engineer to impact buyside advertiser revenue by unlocking new and existing RMN partnerships. You will be a primary contact for retail partnership stakeholders and source growth through strategic selling aligned with product and customer excellence teams.

The role focuses on revenue sourcing, strategic influence, and cross-functional alignment to drive retailer monetization, ROAS, and partner advocacy across retail networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/analytics (MBA preferred).
• 2-3 years of Retail Media or retail media adjacent experience.
• 4-6 years of related work experience in onsite and offsite media monetization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale revenue opportunities with retailer sales organizations.
• Identify initiatives unlocking incremental revenue through integrations, inventory access, and models.
• Support co-marketing opportunities with retail partners (events, case studies, activations).
• Enable sales teams with positioning, tools, and messaging to maximize media investment.
• Provide strategic insights to buyside sales on retailer priorities and campaigns.
