Job summary

Inmar is seeking a Retail Media Engineer to drive buyside advertiser revenue by unlocking growth with RMNs. You will partner with product, marketing, and customer excellence to craft strategies and enable sales teams.

This role emphasizes strategic advisory, partnership expansion, and cross-functional collaboration across retailer networks. The position focuses on sourcing revenue opportunities, shaping joint business plans, and driving adoption of Inmar solutions with key RMN partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field; MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics preferred.
• 2-3 years of Retail Media or retail media adjacent experience
• 4-6 years of related work experience in onsite and offsite media monetization within RMN ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale collaborations with retailer sales to unlock incremental revenue opportunities.
• Identify initiatives for incremental revenue via new integrations, inventory access, and commercial models.
• Support co-marketing opportunities with retail partners (events, case studies, thought leadership).
• Enable sales with positioning strategies, tools, and messaging to maximize media investment.
• Lead enablement activities to deepen understanding and advocacy of Inmar’s solutions.
• Provide strategic insights on retailer priorities, media strategies, and campaign opportunities.
• Directly manage leads to unlock category opportunities with retailer teams.
