Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Retail Media Network (RMN) to lead a team delivering campaign orchestration, activation across owned, in-store, pump, and paid channels, and the supporting platforms.

You will partner with product, engineering, data, and external partners to scale RMN from a manual process to a scalable, measurable capability. The role demands over 7 years in RMN/AdTech and 3+ years in management, plus hands-on leadership, platform orchestration, and privacy/compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in RMN/AdTech.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team and delivering across channels.
• Strong knowledge of MarTech platforms and data integrations.
• Proven ability to define and deliver platform roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of measurement, attribution, and privacy/compliance (CCPA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage RMN team delivering campaign orchestration and platform integrations.
• Own RMN delivery roadmap and drive time-to-launch improvements.
• Coordinate activation across owned, in-store, pump, and paid channels.
• Partner with product, architecture, data, and external partners on orchestration layers.
• Manage performance, hiring, priorities, cadence, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure planning, billing, measurement, and compliance are reliable and automated.
• Collaborate across MarTech streams to align platforms and data.
