Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) for the CNIC program, based in Naples, Italy. The role focuses on RMF-based authorization, SSP/SAR development, and security control implementation to obtain IATO/ATO approvals.

The successful candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, IAT Level II, and 8+ years in cybersecurity/IT, with RMF/eMASS experience and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• IAT Level II baseline certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training in IT/Cyber Security/CS.
• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity/IT experience.
• RMF and eMASS knowledge and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and obtain travel health clearances.
• Valid U.S. Passport.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF categorization and SSP development for IS.
• Select and implement RMF controls and STIG guidance.
• Develop MOUs/MOAs and ISCM strategy.
• Maintain and upgrade security scanning tools and perform periodic scans.
• Develop and review SAR, POA&M, and Security Authorization Packages.
• Conduct periodic assessments and remediation actions.
