Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the CNIC program from Naples, Italy. The role focuses on RMF authorization, SSP development, and continuous monitoring to achieve IATO/ATO readiness.

Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with travel up to 10% and a strong IT/cyber background. Ideal candidates will have RMF/eMASS knowledge, IAT II certification, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
IAT Level II baseline certification required.
Bachelor's Degree with IT/Cyber training, or HS diploma with 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 8 years of Cybersecurity/IT experience.
RMF and eMASS knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

Support RMF categorization and SSP development.
Support selection of security controls, inherited controls, and CCI for the IS/SSP.
Develop MOU/MOA and ISCM plan/strategy.
Implement and maintain required security controls.
Develop, review, and approve Security Assessment Plan.
Perform periodic security scans and update IS security tooling.
