Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the CNIC program. The role focuses on RMF accreditation, SSP/SAR/POA&M development, and continuous monitoring across the IS environment.

The position requires DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 8+ years in cybersecurity/IT. Travel up to 10% is required; location is Naples, Italy, with flexible deployment considerations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
• U.S. Citizenship
• IAT Level II baseline certification
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/cybersecurity or related field
• Alternative: HS diploma with 10 years cybersecurity/IT experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 8 years cybersecurity/IT experience
• RMF and eMASS knowledge/experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Valid U.S. Passport

Responsibilities

• Support RMF-based accreditation and SSP development
• Determine and identify applicable security controls and CTIs
• Develop MOUs/MOAs and ISCM strategies
• Implement and monitor security controls
• Develop, review, and approve Security Assessment Plan
• Operate and update security scanning tools and perform tests
• Develop, review SAR and POA&M
• Update Security Authorization Package
• Perform periodic security controls assessments
• Remediate findings from monitoring activities
