Job summary

Dometic is seeking an RMA Coordinator in Port St. Lucie, FL to manage returns from customers, distributors, or internal operations. The role focuses on efficient processing, identifying root causes, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support to gather failure information, track items through the process, and ensure proper inventory disposition and CAPA activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and warranty processes.
• ERP/MRP system experience required; Intuitive ERP helpful.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate in English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review return requests from customers or distributors.
• Issue RMA numbers and provide return instructions.
• Verify warranty eligibility and return authorization requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Production to determine root causes.
