Job summary

Bode North America, Inc. is seeking an RMA Technician to manage the return, repair, and refurbishment of defective products. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues, ensuring repairs meet quality standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, testing per specs, repairing or refurbishing, and maintaining detailed RMA documentation. You will help optimize processes and support inventory management.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; technical certification preferred.
• 1–2 years in an RMA or technical support role, or similar customer-facing troubleshooting position.
• Experience in electronics repair, hardware troubleshooting, or product testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and evaluate returned products or equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with returned items using technical skills.
• Repair and refurbish to return products to full working condition.
• Ensure repairs are carried out efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions and manage work orders.
