Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Piscataway, NJ, is seeking a Returns Clerk to join the Returns Materials Authorization team. You will process daily RMAs, interface with sales representatives and vendors, and report to the Piscataway office.

The role emphasizes accurate inspection, documentation, and timely handling of returns. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with standard office applications.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Experience with package handling preferred
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process RMAs through AX to ensure accurate item documentation
• Inspect each return for correct items, damage, and packing integrity
• Contact vendors for confirmation and validation of RMAs and related questions
• Communicate issues clearly to internal staff and external vendors
• Repackage and ship RMAs, using the UPS shipping machine and internal systems
• Record important information in SharePoint and coordinate with logistics for timely shipments
• Perform regular inventory checks, labeling, and storage of goods in the warehouse
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
• Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Support order preparation, picking, packing, and labeling for shipments
