Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Returns Clerk in the Returns Materials Authorization department. You will process RMAs from customers, interface with sales reps and vendors, and support timely returns.

The role reports to the Piscataway office in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Warehouse tasks and inventory control are part of the position, offering growth opportunities within a large IT solutions

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Experience with package handling preferred.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process RMAs through AX.
• Inspect each package for correct items, damage, or shortages; record issues.
• Contact vendors for confirmation and validation of RMAs.
• Explain issues clearly to internal staff and vendors.
• Repack and ship RMAs; operate shipping equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; maintain accurate stock.
