Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Returns Clerk to join our Returns Materials Authorization team.

You will process RMAs, inspect shipments, coordinate with vendors, and communicate clearly with sales and logistics to ensure accurate and timely returns processing. This role reports to the Piscataway office and requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in warehouse roles and shipping processes preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move/package items as needed.
• Basic PC skills for inventory tracking, Word, and Outlook use.
• Familiarity with shipping software (UPS/FedEx/DHL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process RMAs and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Coordinate with vendors for RA confirmations and questions.
• Explain issues clearly to internal teams and vendors.
• Repackage and ship RMAs, using UPS systems and scales.
• Document key information in SharePoint.
• Handle inventory labeling, storage, and organization.
• Prepare and fulfill orders, including picking and packing.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
• Assist loading/unloading trucks and ensure safety.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse workspace and safety adherence.
• Coordinate with logistics to schedule/track shipments.
