Responsible for processing customer returns (RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all returned items are verified, documented, and routed appropriately within 24 hours of receipt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming customer returns within 24 hours of arrival at the facility
• Inspect returned items to confirm they match the original product sold
• Verify serial numbers against manufacturer packaging and system records
• Assess product condition (new, used, or damaged)
• Accurately determine and assign disposition of returned items:
  • Used items send to testing/inspection team
  • Damaged items route to RTV (Return to Vendor) bin
