Job summary

LEOTEK Electronics U.S.A. Corporation is seeking an RMA Specialist to process returned products, track items in internal systems, and prep repaired units for shipment. The role emphasizes attention to detail, following procedures, and teamwork with Quality, Repair, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or hardware experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lift and move fixtures. Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Vietnamese is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hardware manufacturing, electronics, RMA processing, or related fields is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming RMA products and fixtures.
• Scan and record serial numbers accurately in company systems.
• Follow step-by-step procedures for RMA processing and product tracking.
• Coordinate movement of products through repair and inspection processes.
• Package repaired products and prepare them for outbound shipment.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel.
• Collaborate with Quality, Repair, and Operations teams to ensure timely processing.
• Support inventory tracking, organization, and documentation of returned materials.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Assist with additional RMA and warehouse tasks as needed.
