Job summary

Insight Global seeks an RMA Project Manager to join a fully onsite team in Fairfield, OH, working Mon-Fri from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will own the full RMA lifecycle, coordinating between Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, customers, and suppliers to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100.

This contract-to-hire role requires strong project coordination, MRB support, and precise ERP/MRP data tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management/coordination or related technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environments is required.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and cross-functional deliverables.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, purchase orders, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate RMA activities from intake through evaluation, repair, and disposition.
• Serve as central hub between Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers about return instructions and status updates.
• Review supplier documentation and quality records to ensure ISO/AS9100 alignment.
• Support MRB activities, CAPA, and nonconformance reporting.
• Maintain digital records in the ERP/MRP system and track deadlines.
