Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on professional to manage NCR/RMA materials and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will prioritize tasks, train staff, and resolve issues with customers and suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 8-10 years in a similar position and 3-5 years in manufacturing, with excellent communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail oriented, including records and communication retention, process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Works with internal and external customers to manage NCR/RMA materials.
• Leads internal team to complete assigned task in a timely manner.
• Prioritizes work and delegates activities according to business priorities.
• Provides training to staff in RMA receiving and discrepancy groups.
• Resolves RMA related issues working closely with customers and suppliers.
• Inspects product and confirms condition as stated on RMA.
• Provides suggestions on departmental improvements.
• Oversees sorts product in RMA.
• Reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Manages repackaging of product as needed.
