Delta Electronics Americas seeks an experienced Compliance and Sustaining Manager to oversee the RMA process from claim to resolution, ensuring timely repairs, testing, and replacements. You will work with logistics, engineering, and quality teams to maintain strong customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

The role emphasizes failure analysis, process improvements, and compliance with ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RMA management, quality assurance, or customer support in electronics/data center industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of RMA workflows, warranty policies, and repair coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RMA operations from customer request to resolution and tracking.
• Coordinate repairs, testing, and replacements with internal and external facilities.
• Serve as primary contact for RMA queries from customers, sales, and service teams.
• Analyze failure data and generate reports to drive corrective actions and product improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and process efficiency.
