Hyve Solutions in the United States seeks a detail-oriented, hands-on professional to manage RMA/NCR materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with customers and suppliers, ensure accurate documentation, and drive timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, process discipline, and the ability to train staff in RMA receiving and discrepancy handling while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with all transactions, both physically and systemically.
• Detail oriented. Including records and communication retention, process documentation, et al.
• Ability to work in a mixed office/manufacturing environment, including continuous standing, sitting, typing, lifting, etc.
• Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training.

Responsabilités

• Works with internal and external customers to manage NCR/RMA materials.
• Leads internal team to complete assigned task in a timely manner.
• Prioritizes work and delegates activities according to business priorities.
• Provides training to staff in RMA receiving and discrepancy groups.
• Resolves RMA related issues working closely customers and suppliers.
• Inspects product and confirms condition as stated on RMA.
• Provides suggestions on departmental improvements.
• Oversees sorts product in RMA.
• Reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Manages repackaging of product as needed.
