Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a dedicated RMA Associate to provide administrative support for customer returns processing from on-site facilities in California. You will manage RMAs, generate sale orders, authorize transfers to service, and ensure accurate stock handling while complying with GMP and ISO-9000 expectations.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, ERP usage, and collaboration with the Global Support team to support efficient reverse logistics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Essential requirements include high school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills with spreadsheets, word processors, and database programs.
• Experience using ERP systems for RMAs and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify returned products match RMAs.
• Process returns in company system (create sale order, receive and transfer to service).
• Enter service orders for the Service department.
• Inspect, repack, restock unused products.
• Work with biohazard products.
