Job summary

The Modal Shop – An Amphenol Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an RMA Production Coordinator to manage RMA intake, coordination for calibration/repair services, and return of customer-supplied product. You will support calibration equipment, maintain MSQS standards, and work with the Quality Team to ensure vendor services meet ISO17025 and A2LA requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in service material returns or customer service, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in service material returns or customer service.
• Proven organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle RMA intake and coordination for equipment returned from customers.
• Coordinate calibration/repair resources with Production Leads and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of RMA status and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales on ship dates, quotes, and amendments.
• Prepare purchase orders for outside calibration/repair services.
