Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking an RMA Coordinator to manage the end-to-end RMA process, verify sales orders, and coordinate repairs or replacements. You will update databases, produce reports, and communicate status to customers and program management.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and cost-conscious process improvements. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in electronic manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, and strong Excel skills, with the ability to navigate RF components

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Greenbelt Tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Wave Solder, SMT & Electronic manufacturing processes.
• Experience handling and testing RF components.
• Detail oriented.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Log and process all RMA requests.
• Process RMA requests through factory for repair/replacement.
• Communication with Program Management on status until closed.
• Help in maintaining and establishing processes and procedures to ensure that RMAs are processed and closed in a timely manner.
• Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Escalate problems as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and monthly reports, documents processes as needed.
• Driving cost reductions through product and process improvements.
• Continuous quality improvement in Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY).
• Collection of data and the correlation of failures, driving the actions required to solve the issues to root cause.
• Ensures the product is exceeding our customer requirements of quality, reliability, and our internal goals of cost and delivery.
• Duties as assigned.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
• Overtime is a must.

RMA Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The RMA Coordinator under general supervision coordinates the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Verifies the accuracy of sales orders. Analyzes material requirements for RMA orders to plan and schedule repairs. Updates databases and prepares appropriate paperwork. Audits and reconciles inventory discrepancies. Updates customers on status of returns. May resolve A/R issues. May provide Customer requested Reports. May order parts needed to repair the returned product.
