Job summary

IEM, a longtime leader in electrical distribution systems, seeks an RMA Coordinator I to manage returned materials from Field Service. You will ensure documentation, track transactions, and coordinate disposition in line with ISO 9001 and company procedures.

You’ll partner with Field Service, QA, Warehouse and Accounting to verify parts, process credits, and support order fulfillment during busy periods. This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and timely RMAs across

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in RMA processing, inventory management, or materials coordination
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Process returns from Field Service maintaining complete documentation
• Coordinate verification of returned parts using schematics, BOMs as needed
• Track incoming RMA transactions for accountability and traceability
• Ensure RMA timelines align with service goals and ISO 9001 requirements
• Coordinate with Field Service, Warehouse, QA and Accounting on credits and disposition
• Assist Order Fulfillment during high workload periods
• Perform duties as assigned by management
