Job summary

Peak Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced RMA coordinator in Miami to support the return merchandise authorization process for managed service and depot repairs.

The role interacts with Receiving, Shipping, Contract Admin, 3rd-party vendors, and customers to ensure accurate records and timely resolutions. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service or related roles, strong communication, and data-entry accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service, call center, order/data entry, or related experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open/Update/Close RMAs in Peak systems and with vendors.
• Track RMAs from opening to return to customer.
• Escalate when RMAs miss SLA due to vendor or customer delays.
• Update equipment records and confirm contract accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse to pull/send spare devices.
• Create & update client records.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues on RMAs; escalate as needed.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Partner with Sales and Client Manager on Special Price Quotes for New Customers.
• Prioritize calls and emails by urgency.
• Produce reports from systems to meet customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
