The RMA Production Coordinator is responsible for communication and performance of RMA intake, distribution for services, and return of customer supplied product, and internal product, for purposes of calibration, upgrade, and/or repair. Assists in maintaining in-house calibration equipment. Develops, promotes, ensures compliance with and supports continuous improvement of the MSQS system.
