Job summary

MadgeTech, Inc. seeks an RMA Evaluation Technician to inspect and test returned data loggers, documenting findings to support timely repairs in Warner, NH.

You will maintain accurate RMA records, perform initial diagnostics, and collaborate with manufacturing to drive continuous improvement in production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role emphasizes precise recordkeeping, routine reporting, and using MS Office tools to collect data and prepare diagnostic reports

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to follow inspection, testing, and documentation procedures.
• MRP/ERP experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for electronic hardware and software.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for data collection, reporting, and documentation purposes.
• Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence in all aspects of work performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial inspections and functional tests on returned data loggers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate records for all RMA transactions.
• Prepare detailed initial diagnostic reports documenting findings.
• Update and maintain the QMS database with RMA status and resolution information.
• Ensure the MRP system DBA has updated repair details and identified any required parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve issues ensuring continuous improvement in production processes.
