Job summary

Wavelynx Technologies, LLC. in Broomfield, Colorado, seeks an entry-level RMA Technician to receive, test, and document returned Wavelynx products on site. You will log RMAs in HubSpot and NetSuite and coordinate with QA, Support, and Electrical Engineering to diagnose issues.

You will learn soldering and board-level work over time while keeping work areas organized and supporting Production and Repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing electronic hardware.
• Familiar with multimeters or similar test equipment.
• Ability to learn HubSpot and NetSuite.
• Strong note-taking and documentation skills.
• Good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming RMAs in systems.
• Track RMAs from intake to disposition.
• Test returned readers and troubleshoot failures.
• Diagnose failures using a multimeter and software tools.
• Document findings for repair or credit decisions.
• Support QA, Support, and EE teams with testing.
• Assist Production with issues as needed.
• Maintain organized RMA area and testing equipment.
