Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to receive, analyze and repair RMAs, and to support the production line by repairing PCAs and performing hardware and software tasks within the manufacturing department.

The role involves collaboration with engineering for EPR/MPR activities and troubleshooting electronic, electrical, and computer-based equipment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or 2 years work experience in related field
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with electronics and PC operating systems
• Experience reading and understanding schematics and engineering documentation

Responsibilities

• Process field failures, documenting results and tracking trends to improve manufacturing process
• Troubleshoot and repair PCAs to component level
• Maintain manufacturing equipment including computers, test jigs and fixtures
• Collaborate with engineering on EPR and MPR activities
• End Of Line support both in house and at vendor location
• Perform 1st Article testing on all incoming PCAs for WeatherTrak product
• Occasional travel may be required
