Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary for its Riverside office. You will support 3–5 attorneys in general civil litigation, coordinating calendars, preparing documents, and assisting with filings across state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in litigation, familiarity with One Legal, and solid organizational skills to manage deadlines and communications with counsel and staff onsite in Riverside.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in litigation.
• Knowledge of filing in state courts (e.g., LA Superior, Orange County) and Federal CM/ECF.
• Ability to navigate e-filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports 3–5 attorneys in general civil litigation.
• Files court documents in state and federal courts.
• Calendars due dates for hearings, motions, and deadlines.
• Prepares and revises legal documents and correspondence.
