Job summary

TrueNorth Companies LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an Account Manager II to join our Risk Management team. The role manages a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including real estate accounts, overseeing renewals, marketing, and delivering exceptional service.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue-Thu, Mon & Fri remote after 90 days), a $75,000-$85,000 salary, annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial insurance industry required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Experience with EPIC Agency Management Software preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts with proactive service and meet deadlines.
• Serve as subject matter expert for niche and industry specialization.
• Build and maintain client and carrier relationships.
• Lead materials for recurring client meetings and present findings.
• Coordinate firm resources across departments as needed.
• Support marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
