Job summary

Texas Capital Bank’s Business Control Office (1LOD) seeks an analyst to strengthen risk and control infrastructure. You will work with Operations, Credit, Commercial Banking, Finance, Technology, Audit, Compliance, ERM, and Legal to ensure robust risk practices across the organization.

You will lead RCSA activities, support risk assessments with LOBs, and help document controls, issues, and remediation plans while preparing senior leadership reporting and coordinating change-management efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience identifying risks and controls in processes and guiding risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of banking operational risk techniques and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion and maintenance of RCSAs across enterprise operations.
• Support LOB teams in assessing operational risks and control rationalization.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with 2LOD, Audit, Compliance, and ERM.
• Maintain risk and control data within source systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Document processes, risks, controls, KPIs/KRIs and change-management activities.
• Identify and document risks and controls for project and technology changes.
