Job summary

Toyota Financial Savings Bank (TFSB) is seeking a Risk and Controls Analyst in Plano, TX to strengthen the first line of defense. You will design and test controls, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with control owners, compliance, and audit teams to remediate deficiencies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years in bank operations and/or risk/compliance controls.
• Experience documenting and improving processes; familiarity with process-mapping tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Advanced degree is a plus; certifications in risk/compliance are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Control Testing Design: Create clear and repeatable control testing scripts and scorecards for assigned areas.
• Control Testing Execution: Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness across assigned operational business processes.
• Control Testing Reporting & Remediation Planning: Document results, identify exceptions, communicate to management, and drive remediation.
• Risk & Control Program Management: Support RCSA, process flow development/maintenance, and RACM.
• Control Testing Strategy: Develop test plans for prioritized controls and areas.
• Reporting: Track KPIs and support reports for senior management, internal audit, and regulators.
• Kaizen: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the risk/control program.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with internal/external partners and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Operational Excellence: Champion best practices and lead projects within TFSB Operations as needed.
