The role requires 2+ years in bank operations or risk/compliance controls, plus strong mapping and analysis skills, aiming to improve governance and regulatory readiness. Plano, TX on-site with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years in bank operations with lending/deposit products or risk and compliance controls.
• Proven ability to independently assess, document, and improve processes.
• Experience with process-mapping tools (Lucid/Visio).
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement control testing scripts and scorecards.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness across processes.
• Document testing results and coordinate remediation plans with stakeholders.
• Support Risk and Control program management (RCSA, RACM, process flows).
• Develop test plans for prioritized controls and report KPIs to management.
