Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Risk and Controls Analyst to support the Operational Controls function within the First Line of Defense for TFSB.

You will develop and execute test scripts, monitor control effectiveness, and collaborate with business, compliance, and audit teams to strengthen the control environment.

The role emphasizes proactive testing, remediation planning, and stakeholder communications in a banking operations context.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, banking or risk background preferred.
• 2+ years in lending/deposit ops, risk, or compliance controls.
• Experience documenting and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Design clear control testing scripts and scorecards.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness.
• Document results, identify exceptions, and report to management.
• Support risk/control program management and RACM maintenance.
• Help develop test plans for prioritized controls.
• Track KPIs and assist regulatory/external inquiries.
• Identify Kaizen opportunities for process improvement.
