Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program; CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation(s) required.
• 12+ years of experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls, with internal audit experience in relevant industries preferred.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Proven track record of new business development.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service and fiscal discipline.
• Translate firm vision into actionable plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with marketing to pursue new clients and expand services within existing client base.
• Oversee profitability through effective utilization of personnel and appropriate rates.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and risks, with direct client interaction on multiple engagements.
• Provide strategic business advice and help implement new processes and controls to address key risks.
