Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation(s) required.
• Twelve+ year(s) experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls; supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service.
• Translate firm vision into an actionable business plan and monitor progress.
• Develop sales/marketing plans and pursue expansion of services with new/existing clients.
• Coordinate firm resources to ensure the best products and services for clients.
• Oversee profitability and effective utilization of personnel; ensure timely fee collection.
• Engage with client executives to identify and manage financial and operational risks.
