Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation(s) required.
• 12+ year(s) experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls; internal audit experience in technology, real estate, life sciences, financial services or healthcare preferred.
• 7+ year(s) supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Successful track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice, including building a team, a client base and managing revenue.
• Proven track record of new business development.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and to quality and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with a focus on providing an exceptional client service experience.
• Translate firm vision and strategy into an actionable business plan, provide objectives and monitor progress.
• Team with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans, pursue expansion and new clients, actively participate in proposals.
• Coordinate firm resources to deliver the best products and services to clients.
• Oversee team development, training, feedback and recognition to drive performance.
• Oversee profitability, utilization, appropriate rates and timely fee collection.
• Engage client executives to understand business and identify/manage risks within systems for managed technology risks.
• Develop deep knowledge of clients’ businesses and industries through direct client interaction on engagements.
• Offer strategic business advice and implement new processes and controls addressing key risks.
