The successful candidate will oversee risk, internal controls and audit programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with executives to shape strategic plans while ensuring profitability and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation(s) required.
• 12+ years in risk advisory, internal/external audit, BPR, or internal controls.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice.
• Proven ability in new business development.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with focus on exceptional client service.
• Translate vision into actionable business plans and monitor progress.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts; pursue expansions and new clients; participate in proposals.
• Coordinate resources to deliver top-quality products and services to clients.
• Ensure training and development opportunities for the team and provide feedback.
• Oversee profitability, staffing, and timely fee collection.
• Engage with client executives to identify and manage financial and operational risks.
• Develop deep knowledge of clients' businesses and industries through engagement work.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal audiences.
