Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Risk Advisory Principal to lead and grow our risk advisory practice. You will provide strategic direction, manage client engagements, and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional service to clients across various industries.

The role requires extensive experience in risk advisory, internal/external audit, and a proven track record of building and leading teams. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge in risk advisory, internal and/or external audit.
• Experience in business process reengineering and internal controls.
• Proven ability to develop and lead a risk advisory practice and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service.
• Identify, pursue and win risk advisory opportunities and expand services with clients.
• Oversee client engagements, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of workpapers and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior executives.
